Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure. No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours, no-shows, or late check-ins that miss the tour. Rescheduling within 48 hours incurs a rebooking fee. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Yes. If you get in the water, you must know how to swim without the assistance of a flotation device. If the captain or crew decides you don’t have adequate swimming ability, you’ll be directed back to the boat and you won’t receive a refund.
