Things to know
Check in at the KONASTYLE retail store 30 minutes before departure; do not check in at the boat. You must be able to swim without a flotation device to enter the water; full-face snorkel masks are not permitted. Guests entering the water must weigh 300 lbs or less, and the vessel is not wheelchair accessible.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before departure (7 days for private charters). No refund for cancellations within 48 hours, no-shows, or late check-in that causes you to miss the tour. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
FAQs
Yes. If you get in the water, you must know how to swim without the assistance of a flotation device. If the captain or crew decides you don’t have adequate swimming ability, you’ll be directed back to the boat and you won’t receive a refund.
Yes. Children ages 4 and under are not allowed in the water and must stay onboard with a parent or legal guardian. Guests who enter the water must weigh 300 lbs or less.
No. Full-face snorkel masks are not permitted on this tour.
