- Requires basic outdoor self-care, including choosing appropriate clothing and carrying sufficient water and snacks
- Requires putting on a climbing harness, shoes, and helmet without assistance
- Requires the ability to use a top-rope belay device
- Experience cleaning and descending routes by lowering or rappelling is strongly encouraged
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 30 days before the course for a full refund less service charges: $50 for trips under $500, or $100 or 10% of trip cost, whichever is greater, for trips over $500. Cancel within 30 days for a 50% refund. No refunds after the course date. For unsafe conditions, weather, or other circumstances beyond control, rescheduling or a future credit may be offered; if unavailable, receive a refund less service charges.
