This Atlanta brewery staple delivers consistently excellent craft beer, particularly their IPAs, alongside a welcoming atmosphere that keeps locals and visitors coming back. The staff genuinely stands out here—multiple reviewers specifically praised team members like Ciara for going above and beyond with warm, attentive service that makes the experience memorable. The food gets solid marks too, with highlights like homemade tomato soup and cheesesteaks complementing the beer selection. The space itself offers plenty of flexibility with expansive indoor and outdoor seating, including a dog-friendly patio that's perfect for groups of any size. Brewery tours are popular and provide behind-the-scenes access plus tastings, though remember to wear closed-toe shoes. Live music on weekends adds to the laid-back vibe. One visitor had trouble getting staff to change the TVs for a game, but overall the bartenders and servers receive high praise for their knowledge and quick service. It's a reliable spot for craft beer enthusiasts looking to experience one of Atlanta's established brewing operations.
Nice visit to Sweetwater today. Huge brewery with lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Enjoyed a couple of favorites and a couple you can’t get away from the brewery. Bartenders were great with good suggestions and fast service. Food was delicious. My girlfriend tried the homemade tomato soup and the cheesesteak was also on point.
