- Riders under 18 require parent or guardian consent and accompaniment during check-in
- Helmets are required for riders under 16 and strongly recommended for all riders
- Follow Georgia e-bike laws and all traffic laws
- No intoxicated riding
- Off-road riding requires approval
- Weight restrictions may apply depending on the bike model
- Requires balance, awareness, and safe operation
- Arrive by your scheduled rental time; late arrivals may reduce ride time
- You're financially responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged equipment
Cancellation Policy
Cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled rental or tour for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable but may be eligible for rescheduling based on availability and weather conditions. No-shows forfeit reservation fees.
