Cancellation Policy
10% penalty for all cancellations. 30% penalty if canceled 14–21 days before start; 50% if 7–14 days; 100% if less than 7 days. No-shows (over 15 minutes late) are non-refundable. If the operator cancels a tour, you get a 100% refund.
