Important details

• Ages 18+ to rent a bike; riders under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
• Electric bike riders must be ages 21+, weigh under 240 lbs, and be at least 5' 2" tall
• Wear a helmet at all times when riding an electric bike
• Ride electric bikes only on paved roads within the City of Avalon
• Electric bikes cannot be used in rain and must stay off streets until they are dry
• Bikes are not permitted in the island interior; mountain biking outside Avalon requires Catalina Island Conservancy membership
