No refunds for cancellations 48 hours or less before departure. If the operator cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, receive a full refund within 48 hours of the original departure time. If postponed more than 1 hour, full refunds are available upon request within 48 hours; no refund for postponements under 1 hour.
