Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancel more than 3 days ahead to avoid further charges. Cancellations within 3 days are non-refundable; no-shows are charged in full. For severe weather, payments apply to a rescheduled date within 3 months, subject to availability. If the operator cancels, you'll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
