Important details
- Sign a waiver before riding
- Riders under 18 need parent or guardian consent and accompaniment at check-in
- Helmets are required for riders under 16 and strongly recommended for all others
- Follow Georgia e-bike and traffic laws; intoxicated riding is not allowed
- Stay on approved routes; off-road riding requires approval
- Weight restrictions may apply depending on the bike model
- Arrive at the scheduled time; late arrivals may reduce ride time
- You are financially responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged equipment
Cancellation Policy
Cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled rental or tour for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable but may be eligible for rescheduling based on availability and weather conditions. No-shows forfeit reservation fees.
