Cancellation Policy
Cancel or change at least 48 hours before your reservation time for a refund. No refunds within 48 hours, or for late arrivals or no-shows. If the Ranch cancels due to weather, you may rebook at no additional cost or request a refund. Service and/or online booking fees are non-refundable.
FAQs
Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled start time. If you arrive late, you forfeit your ride and you won’t receive a refund or be rescheduled.
Yes. You must complete a signed waiver online before you arrive. If you haven’t completed it when you get there, you’ll need to do it on arrival, which may reduce your riding time.
No. Cell phones and cameras aren’t permitted during trail rides. Staff will collect phones and return them after the ride for picture taking.
