Beginner Surf Lesson in Poipu

Learn the basics in a beginner group with focused instruction. Get on the water with a small student-to-instructor ratio.

• Choose from 8am, 10am, 12pm, or 2pm sessions, with 4pm offered during summer
• Practice in a group of no more than 4 students per instructor
• Arrive wearing swimwear
• Bring a towel and reef-safe sunscreen

• UV-protective surf shirt or rash guard
• Group instruction

Important details

• Ages 12+ welcome; children under 12 require a parent or guardian in the lesson or on the beach to help as needed
• All students must know how to swim
