The glassblowing classes here are genuinely special, drawing everyone from nervous first-timers to multi-generational groups celebrating special occasions. Instructors like Colin, John, and Max earn consistent praise for their patience and skill at making beginners feel comfortable around the intense heat and technical processes. They strike a perfect balance, letting you do as much as you're comfortable with while stepping in to ensure your final piece looks great. People love that it's truly hands-on but never feels unsafe or overwhelming. The 30-minute workshops give you a quick taste and a glass piece to take home, while the three-hour sessions let you work at your own pace and create multiple items. Whether you're making ornaments, pendants, or small vases, you'll pick up your creations the next day or arrange shipping (reviewers confirm items arrive perfectly packaged). The shop itself is worth browsing, filled with gorgeous glass art and jewelry that makes it hard to choose just one thing. This is clearly a well-run operation where the staff genuinely cares about giving you a memorable, creative experience.
My husband and I got to do the glass blowing experience. It was a lot of fun and something I highly recommend doing when your in town. Max was our instructor and he was amazing. He did great explaining everything and making sure or handmade stuff didn’t look like someone who has never done this before made our cup and paper wait. I can’t wait to come back to do it again the next time we are in town. I also recommend just checking this place out even if you dont have time to do the glass blowing experience. They have some really cool stuff. They definitely have something for everyone.
