Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 30 days before your trip for a full refund less a service charge: $50 for trips under $500, or $100 or 10% of trip cost, whichever is greater, for trips over $500. Cancel within 30 days for a 50% refund. No refunds after the trip date. If unsafe conditions prevent rescheduling, receive a refund less service charges.
