Know before you go
- Arrive 10 minutes early for check-in and parking
- If you arrive 15 minutes or more after the start time and others are participating, the tour begins without you
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
- Natural, unpaved, uneven terrain requires moderate fitness and may be challenging for wheelchairs, strollers, or limited mobility
- Leashed dogs are welcome; no other pets are allowed, except service animals
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before start for a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations within 24 hours are nonrefundable, and changes or rescheduling within 24 hours are not accepted. The tour runs rain or shine. Receive a full refund if the tour is canceled due to severe weather, such as a hurricane or tropical storm.
