Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before start for a refund (7 days for groups of 10 or more and private/custom tours). No refunds for late arrivals, early departures, or no-shows. Deposits and credit card processing fees are nonrefundable. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or safety concerns.

Pickup is available from Rincon Beach Resort, Villa Cofresi, Rincon of the Seas, Casa Verde Hotel, Casa Islena, and Tamboo. Pickup from other locations in Rincón has an additional $30 charge that is not included in the listed price.
A signed waiver is required from every participant before the tour check-in date.
Wear casual clothing and comfortable shoes or sandals. Bring sunblock, a hat, sunglasses, cash for street vendors, and a light sweater if you get cold easily in air-conditioned transportation.
