- Drivers must be ages 16+ with a valid driver's license. Drivers under 18 require an accompanying adult.
- Passengers must be under 16 and paired with a driver. Combined driver and passenger weight limit: 400 lbs.
- Wear warm winter layers, such as fleece, wool, or polypropylene.

Cancel at least 2 weeks before your tour for a full refund. No refunds within 2 weeks. You'll receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price; arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a no-show.
