Important details

- Bring a valid state ID
- Arrive 15 minutes before your tour for check-in
- Wear enclosed, flat shoes; sandals, thongs, and heels are not permitted
- Wear the provided personal protective equipment throughout the tour
- Requires significant walking at a moderate pace and several flights of stairs
- Wheelchairs and walking frames cannot be taken on the tour
- Registered assistance dogs cannot accompany you through food preparation areas
- If you are blind or have low vision, you may attend with a long cane and/or support person
Cancellation Policy
Refunds are available with at least 72 hours' notice before the tour date. Changes to the booking time or date are permitted up to 24 hours before the booked session.
