Things to know
Bring a valid ID and a credit card for security at check-in. Children must be 1 year or older to ride in a bike or attachment, and riders under 18 need an adult present to check in and sign the waiver. Riders 300 pounds and over cannot be accommodated due to manufacturer weight limits.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours are not refundable.

Return your bike by store closing time. Store hours are 9AM–5PM from November 1 to March 14, and 9AM–7PM from March 15 to October 31.
