You must be able to ride your own bicycle; double trailers and tagalong bikes are not permitted. Riders under 18 must have an adult present to check in and sign the waiver, and a valid identity card is required at check-in. Riders who are 300 pounds and over cannot be accommodated due to manufacturer bike limits.
Cancellation Policy
Notify at least 24 hours in advance to cancel. For cancellations within 24 hours, you will receive a full credit toward bike rentals. In case of inclement weather, the team will contact you in advance for any tour cancellations.
