- Arrive at least 15 minutes before departure
- Bring a valid passport; boarding is not permitted without one
- Complete the required waiver and upload a clear passport photo at least 48 hours before departure
- A $25 per-person late passport fee may apply when passport photos are uploaded late
- Non-US citizens need a green card, visa, or other documents required for international travel in and out of the United States
- The listed price excludes an $85 cash-per-person customs, immigration, port authority, park service, and international permit fee collected on board
- A minimum of 6 guests is required at least 48 hours before departure
- Use reef-safe sunscreen only; spray and aerosol sunscreen are not permitted
- Bubbly Pool entry costs $5 and is not included
- Customary crew gratuity is 20% of the trip price and is not included
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 2 weeks before departure for a full refund. Cancel 72 hours to 2 weeks before departure and your deposit is nonrefundable. Cancel within 72 hours and no refund is available. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels, including due to weather.

On the Jost Van Dyke trip, you may take a taxi from Great Harbor to White Bay and spend more time there instead of visiting Diamond Cay and hiking to the Bubbly Pool.
Bring cash for lunch and drinks onshore during the trip.
