Important details

• Night tours are for ages 3+ only. Children aged 0–2 enter free on general admission, turtle hospital, twilight and combo options. Adult-rate tickets apply from age 15.
• For general admission, the turtle hospital tour and the combo, children aged 0–14 require continuous supervision by a responsible adult aged 18+.
• For concession entry, bring a recognised Seniors, Student, Pension or Carer Card and present it on arrival. Health Care Cards are not accepted for general admission or combo concessions.
• Companion Cards are not accepted for the turtle hospital experience.
• The aquarium is stroller- and wheelchair-accessible. On the turtle hospital tour, a viewing window provides a view of the turtles if you cannot walk onto the viewing deck; free wheelchair hire is available.
• Restricted areas and animal encounter enclosures not included in general admission or the combo require an additional on-site payment. These charges are not included in the listed price.
• There is no on-site parking. Hourly or daily metered street-parking charges may apply and are not included in the listed price.
• For general admission and the combo, retain your admission ticket throughout your visit and show it if staff request it. Failure to produce it may result in removal. Ask the admissions desk for a stamp before leaving if you want to return the same day.
• With the combo, visit both attractions on the same day.
• On the turtle hospital tour, keep noise low and supervise children throughout. Loud noise, including from an infant, may mean you are asked to leave the hospital area.
• In the turtle hospital, do not touch animals or enclosure contents, lean over enclosures, disturb the water or bang on enclosure walls. Walk carefully on potentially wet floors, follow your guide's directions and leave all artefacts and other items in place.
• For the turtle hospital option, outside food and drinks and flash photography are prohibited.
• For turtle hospital, twilight and night tours, do not bring dangerous or disruptive items, including bottles, firecrackers or lasers. If you appear intoxicated, you may be refused entry or service without a refund.
• On twilight and night tours, do not feed animals without staff permission.
• For the turtle hospital tour, arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled tour. For night options, check in at 17:45; for twilight options, check in at 15:00.
