Important details
- Children aged 0–3 enter free. Ages 15+ require an adult ticket.
- Pets are not allowed. Service animals are permitted with valid identification.
- Entry or service may be refused without a refund if you appear intoxicated.
- Do not wear strongly scented perfume, as the animals are sensitive to odors.
- Do not feed the animals without staff permission.
- Do not smoke or drink alcohol inside the venue. You'll be asked to leave if you do.
- Open daily from 09:00 to 17:00, with last admission at 16:00.
