Know before you go
- Pickup begins at 10am; prior-evening pickup is available at no extra charge
- Return bikes by 5:30pm; late returns incur a $10 per-bike fee not included in the listed price
- Returns more than 30 minutes late incur an overnight charge not included in the listed price; a second-day charge applies after 10:30pm
- All children must wear a helmet while using the equipment
- You are responsible for damage to rental equipment, including parts, labor, and applicable damage surcharges not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Cancel by 5pm, 3 calendar days before pickup for a refund minus $10 per bike and the booking fee. Cancel by 5pm the day before pickup for a 50% refund per bike, minus the booking fee. Later cancellations are non-refundable, except when the hourly rain forecast exceeds 30% between 10am and 5pm on your ride day.
