Know before you go
- Pick up from 10 AM; prior-evening pickup is available at no extra charge
- Return bikes by 5:30 PM
- Expect a $10 per-bike late fee; returns over 30 minutes late incur an overnight charge, and returns after 10:30 incur a second-day charge
- Children must wear the provided helmet while using rental equipment
- Accept responsibility for damage to rental equipment; charges apply for parts and labor, including scratches or impacts
- A liability waiver is required for you and any minors in your care
Cancellation Policy
Cancel by 5 PM 3 calendar days before pickup for a refund minus $10 per bike and booking fee. Cancel by 5 PM the day before pickup for a 50% refund per bike, minus booking fee. After that, rentals are nonrefundable unless the hourly rain forecast exceeds 30% between 10 AM and 5 PM on the ride day.
