- Arrive 45 minutes early for the shuttle during high season weekends and holidays; shuttle parking is at 259 Jocassee Lake Rd., Salem
- Complete a waiver before your rental
- Bring cash for Devils Fork State Park entry unless you have an SC State Park Pass; admission is not included: $8 adults, $5 seniors 65+, $4 children 6–15, free ages 5 and under
- Do not bring alcoholic beverages into state parks
- Avoid parking in trailer-designated spaces at Devils Fork State Park; boot removal costs $100

Cancellations within 48 hours of your reservation incur a $100 late cancellation fee. No-shows are charged the full price. Receive a full refund or credit if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
