- Transport and secure the bike yourself unless your rental is part of a guided ride or coaching session.
- Pick up your bike between 8:15–8:50 am or 1:00–1:50 pm. Return it between 1:00–1:50 pm or 5:00–6:00 pm; regular retail hours are not available.
Cancellation Policy
Changes or cancellations at least 48 hours before rental morning are accommodated when possible. More than 30 days before arrival, refunds incur a 10% administrative fee; refunds are typically unavailable within 30 days. Rentals may be canceled for bad weather, poor trail conditions, or improper bike transportation.
