- A 20% captain's fee is not included in the listed price and is due by the end of the trip
- Paradise Cove Marina parking and drop-off fees are not included in the listed price. Parking costs $20 per vehicle with up to 4 people, plus $5 for each additional passenger. Walk-ins, rideshare arrivals, and bus arrivals cost $5 per person. These fees are settled by cash or Venmo only
- Sign the digital waiver before the scheduled start time; every passenger must complete one

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 7 days incur a 50% charge; within 48 hours, a 100% charge. If severe thunderstorms or unsafe boating conditions cause cancellation, there is no charge. Wind, clouds, and light or intermittent rain do not qualify for weather cancellation. Weather decisions are made on the day of the trip.
