FAQs
Bring a swimsuit. Changing spaces are limited. For the natural cold plunge, bring sandals, Crocs, water shoes, or wool socks; footwear is required when temperatures are below freezing, and wool socks are provided then.
Arrive no more than 5 minutes before your private sauna session begins.
Everyone age 18 and over must sign a waiver to participate. Do not use alcohol or drugs before your session; the facilities are alcohol- and drug-free.
