Important details
- Pets are welcome but must be people-friendly. Keep your pet leashed or in your lap aboard the boat. You're responsible if your pet becomes aggressive or attacks someone; the operator is not liable for pet-caused injuries on the dock or boat.
- Limit drinks to 1–2 single servings per person; alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are allowed. Do not bring glass bottles or bottles of wine or champagne. Prohibited items brought to the dock may be searched and forfeited.
- The captain makes the final decision on whether conditions are safe to depart or continue the tour.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours ahead for a full refund or credit. Operator cancellations due to weather or unforeseen circumstances receive a full refund or credit. Ordinary rain brings no refund. If hazardous weather cancels or cuts the tour short, rescheduling is attempted before refunds are issued. No-shows are charged the full price.
