E-bike and e-scooter tours have a minimum age of 16 years. Helmets are mandatory for children 14 and under on bike tours, and for guests under 18 on e-bike and e-scooter tours. Child seats, trailers, and tagalongs are available at an additional cost—confirm the amount with Greetwell before booking.
Cancellation Policy
You may reschedule your service with 24 hours' notice. We do not give refunds for customer-cancelled services. Full refund if a tour is cancelled by us due to inclement weather.
