- A responsible adult must sign a liability waiver before rental
- Riders under 18 must be supervised at all times by a parent or adult age 18+
- Helmets are required for riders under age 14
- Requires the ability to operate a bicycle safely and competently
- Follow New York State traffic laws and park rules
- Late fees are not included in the listed price: after a 15-minute grace period, adult bikes are $10 per bike per hour and specialty bikes are $20 per bike per hour; fees are not prorated
Cancellation Policy
Reschedule with 24 hours' notice. No refunds for customer cancellations. Full refund if the operator cancels due to inclement weather.
FAQs
Bike rental insurance is available at an additional cost and is not included in the listed price. It covers 100% of damage and repair costs and 50% of a lost or stolen bike, but does not cover personal injury. Damaged-bike pickup is included within Central Park only.
