Central Park is not entirely flat and includes a few hills. The park can be extremely busy on weekends. Helmet use is highly encouraged, and biking is at your own risk.

Tours start on the hour. Arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time.
Meet outside the restaurant named "Acadia" at 101 W 57th St, New York, NY 10019 (northwest corner of 57th St and 6th Ave). From there, meet your guide and walk to the bicycle store to get bikes and helmets.
