Reschedule with 24 hours' notice. No refunds for customer cancellations. Full refund if the operator cancels due to inclement weather.

Bike rental insurance is available at an additional cost. It covers 100% of damage and repair costs and 50% of lost or stolen bike costs, but it does not cover personal injury.
