- Return the e-scooter within 15 minutes after your rental ends to avoid a $20-per-hour late fee, charged in full-hour increments
Cancellation Policy
Reschedule with 24 hours' notice. No refunds for customer-cancelled services. Full refund if the operator cancels due to inclement weather.

Bike and scooter rental insurance is available at an additional cost. It covers 100% of damage and repair costs and 50% of the cost of a lost or stolen scooter; it does not cover personal injury.
