Things to know
Bikes must be returned by closing time (Apr 1–Oct 31: 9AM–7PM; Nov 1–Mar 31: 9AM–5PM). Riders must be under 300 pounds, and children must be 1 year or older to use bikes or attachments. Riders under 18 need an adult present at check-in to sign the waiver and must show a valid ID.
Cancellation Policy
Notify at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot make your experience. Cancellations within 24 hours of the experience are not refundable.
