Cancellation Policy
Tickets are non-refundable. Make one complimentary change per ticket up to 24 hours before departure; additional changes cost $20 per ticket plus any fare difference. No changes or refunds are permitted within 24 hours. If the operator cancels or materially alters the train for weather, mechanical, wildfire, or operational reasons, choose comparable rebooking or a full ticket-price refund.
