Tickets are non-refundable. Make one complimentary change per ticket up to 24 hours before departure; additional changes cost $20 per ticket plus fare difference. No changes, cancellations, or refunds are permitted within 24 hours of departure. If the operator cancels or materially alters the trip for weather, mechanical, wildfire, or operational reasons, choose comparable rebooking or a full ticket-price refund.
