Explore Anacapa or Santa Cruz Island aboard the Spectre, with dive sites selected for the day’s conditions. Spend the day diving, snorkeling, or relaxing on board between water activities.
- Explore three dives at sites typically ranging from 20 to 50 feet deep
- Discover kelp forests, reefs, sea caves, sea lions, and other marine life
- Snorkel alongside dive operations or enjoy the day as a ride-along passenger
- Relax on the sundeck, in the freshwater hot tub, or under hot showers
- Use the camera rinse tank, table space, and charging outlets between dives

Know before you go
- Board between 6:00 and 6:15 AM; arrive no later than 6:30 AM
- Complete the electronic waiver before departure; divers under 18 need a legal guardian signature
- Scuba diving requires certification; bring proof of certification and your certification number
- Bring all dive gear, including one tank and weights, unless you have rented it
- No nitrox is available
- Requires physical ability to board the vessel and safely enter and exit the water
- Scuba diving is not permitted during pregnancy; ride-along participation is allowed
- Do not dive or snorkel under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 7 days before departure for a full refund or rescheduling. No-shows and last-minute cancellations are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling. Full refund if the Captain cancels due to weather or unsafe conditions.
FAQs
The scuba package includes a tank, weights, wetsuit and hood, buoyancy control device, regulator with gauges and compass, mask, fins, boots, and gloves. The snorkel package includes a wetsuit, hood, gloves, boots, fins, mask, and snorkel.
Vegetarian choices are available. Order your meal when you arrive aboard the dive boat.
Junior Open Water divers ages 10–11 must dive with a diving professional or a certified parent or guardian. Divers ages 12–14 must dive with a certified adult.
