Important details
- A minimum of two people is required
- If driving yourself, arrive at Compeau Trail parking lot at milepost 29.3 on Chena Hot Springs Road at 9 am for morning trips or 5 pm for evening trips
- Allow up to 30 minutes for possible construction delays when driving yourself
- Dress for outdoor conditions; light pants, a rain jacket, hat, sunglasses and socks are recommended
- Guide gratuities are not included; 10%–20% of the tour value is customary, with cash preferred
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 30 days ahead for a full refund; 8–29 days ahead for a 50% refund of the deposited amount; 7 days or less, no refund. If the operator cancels due to circumstances such as weather and you cannot reschedule, you'll receive a full refund.
