Important details
- Ages under 13 require a private trip
- Children must share a double- or three-seat kayak with a parent or guardian, with one child per adult
- All paddlers must be physically fit and able to swim while wearing a life vest
- A liability waiver is required for each participant
- Your own vehicle is required to transport the kayak and equipment to the beach
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 48 hours before start for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged in full. If the operator cancels due to hazardous weather, reschedule or receive a refund. Rescheduled tours are not refundable.

This is a self-guided kayak rental. You get a quick demo, safety talk, and on-site instruction at pickup, then you explore on your own.
Yes. You pick up the kayaks at the Kailua storefront, and you transport them to Kualoa Regional Park. Staff will help you load and secure the kayaks onto your vehicle.
Wear a swimsuit or water-friendly clothing. Bring or wear water shoes or athletic shoes if you plan to hike on Mokoli’i (Chinaman’s Hat). Consider bringing reef-safe sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, towels, and snacks and water, and pack out any trash. Leave valuables at home.
