Important details
- Children under 3 can ride without a ticket only if they sit on a lap.
- When there is no snow, you'll ride in a horse-drawn wagon with the same seating arrangement and route.
- Do not bring hot chocolate, apple cider, or popcorn; these are sold on site.
- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled departure to check in and walk to the loading area. The horses do not wait for late arrivals.
Cancellation Policy
No refunds if you cancel. Tickets are transferable with the confirmation email. No rescheduling within 10 days of your ride. If the operator cancels for weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit. Snow rarely stops rides; lightning, freezing rain or temperatures below 10 degrees may cause cancellation.
