- Pick up tickets at the Chama Station Gift Shop no later than 30 minutes before departure; the train cannot wait for late arrivals
Cancellation Policy
All sales are final; tickets and unused tickets are nonrefundable. Changes cost $20 per ticket plus any fare difference, subject to availability; no changes are permitted within 24 hours of departure. If the operator cancels or materially alters the train for weather, mechanical, wildfire, or other operational reasons, choose rebooking on a comparable departure or a full refund.
