- Use personal safety gear only when approved by staff
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before your session for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 25% fee; no refund is available within 5 hours of start time. One free reschedule is available within 24 hours of booking; reschedules within 5 hours of start time have a 25% fee. No refunds for late arrivals, no-shows, intoxication, incomplete waivers, safety-gear refusal, or rule violations.
