- Arrive at your scheduled time
- Ages 18+ only to rent or drive; drivers need a valid automobile driver's license
- Passengers must be ages 2+; ages 2–4 need a car seat or booster seat
- A major credit card is required, with a $5,000 damage-liability hold placed on it on the rental day
- A $10 medical coverage charge applies for each passenger besides the driver and is not included in the listed price
- Wear goggles or sunglasses that cover your eyes; helmets are optional
- Wear closed-toe shoes and bring layers for changing weather
- Stay on county roads posted 35 mph or below; state highways, Main Street, Suncadia Resort, and Roslyn are off-limits

Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations more than 48 hours before start. Cancellations 24–48 hours before start incur a $50 fee per machine. Within 24 hours, 50% of the reservation total is charged. No-shows are charged the full reservation total.
