- Ages 18+ only to rent a pontoon boat
- Bring a valid government-issued photo ID and matching credit card for check-in
- A signed waiver is required for every passenger before departure
- A separate captain fee is not included: $220 for a half day or $420 for a full day, paid directly to the captain
- Use only cans or plastic containers; glass is not allowed
- Leave towables and towing equipment, including tubes, skis, and wakeboards, behind
- Do not bring grills on board
- A nonrefundable $50 pet deposit applies when you bring a pet
- Follow all safety regulations, local boating rules, and staff instructions

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 24+ hours before departure for a full refund minus a booking fee. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. Changes are free 24+ hours in advance, subject to availability. Unsafe weather may result in a delay, rescheduling, or refund at the operator's discretion.

Have every passenger sign the waiver before your rental time, and watch the pontoon boat safety video before arrival.
Bring towels, sunscreen, a waterproof camera or phone case, water toys, polarized sunglasses or a hat, and a cooler with food and drinks. Picnic items are welcome, but grilling is not allowed.
