15+ days before: refund of deposit minus 6% booking fee. 14–9 days: $100 fee + 6% booking fee. 8–3 days: 50% charged + 6% booking fee. Within 72 hours: no cancellations; 100% charged. Operator may cancel for unsafe conditions; full refund minus booking fee.
