Things to know
You should be able to hike a couple miles or less and have good balance. A $250 deposit (plus Hawaii State tax) is required to secure your tour date.
Cancellation Policy
$250 deposit (plus HI State tax) required. Full payment charged within 7 days of tour. If cancelled for weather-related reasons due to a State Road Advisory, you may be accommodated another day or get a full refund if not accommodated. Guest cancellations within 72 hours: refund balance minus $250 (plus tax) deposit.

If you selected hotel pick-up and drop-off, your guide will reach out and schedule your pickup time.
If you arrive by cruise ship, meet in the Long's/Whole Foods parking lot directly across the street from the port. Your guide will wait on the opposite side of the crosswalk.
