Important details
- The person renting must be age 21 or older; all drivers must be at least 18 and meet driver requirements
- All riders must be at least 46 inches tall
- Drivers carrying passengers under age 18 must be at least 25
- Bring a valid driver's license and state-issued photo ID
- Drivers born on or after January 1, 1988 need a valid ATV and UTV safety certification before taking possession of the vehicle
- This activity is not suitable for pregnant women, and the UTV portion is not wheelchair accessible
- Complete at least one damage waiver per rented vehicle; every driver must complete a waiver
- A refundable $3,000 damage deposit per machine is collected on arrival by credit or debit card
- Helmets and goggles are required and available for $10 per set
- Fuel is not included; return the vehicle refueled with premium gas at your expense
- A sober driver must operate the UTV at all times; alcohol is prohibited inside the vehicle
- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled rental time
Cancellation Policy
Cancel with at least 7 days' notice for a full refund, credit, or rebooking. No-shows are charged the full price. Activities operate rain or shine.

Late returns incur a $100 charge for 10 minutes to 1 hour late, then $100 per hour beyond 1 hour. If your late return interferes with another rental, their rental price is charged.
