- Pick up your tickets no later than 30 minutes before departure. The train cannot wait for late arrivals.
Cancellation Policy
All sales are final; unused tickets are non-refundable. Changes cost $20 per ticket plus any fare difference. No changes or cancellations within 24 hours of departure. If your train is canceled or materially altered for weather or operational reasons, you'll be offered rebooking on a comparable departure or a ticket-price refund. Processing fees are non-refundable.
