Cancel within 24 hours of scheduled time and you forfeit your refund. No call/no show forfeits refund. Cancellations due to weather conditions, Harborwalk Village, or made by the company incur no penalty. Fireworks tours canceled or rescheduled with greater than 24 hours notice are not subject to penalty.
